Naturally, you are most welcome to collect your watch in person should you wish to. Please contact us to make an appointment and we will be happy to host you at our offices.
We understand that many of our collectors lead busy, often international lives and it is important that we are able to meet those demands to facilitate the best service possible to you. We are therefore proud to be able to offer express, secure, fully insured delivery to yachts in all major global ports. Naturally all deliveries are packaged to the same standards of quality and sustainability as our standard deliveries.

We want to break down the rigidity that can sometimes come with online purchases and provide the flexibility and level of service of the World’s finest traditional boutiques. We understand that in dealing with watches of such value, it can sometimes take a little time to arrange your payment sources, especially in the case of those with international accounts. Should you wish to reserve a watch whilst you arrange full payment, we are able to do so via a deposit of typically 10%.
We can accept all manor of credit or debit cards including Amex/Visa/Mastercard/Maestro directly via our website, via payment link, in person or over the phone.
Bank transfer via BACs, CHAPs or international bank transfer are also welcomed.
